NATYOGA is the combination of two words in Sanskrit:

Natyam (dance; performing arts) + Yoga (which can be applied to the physical postures and meditation as well).

NATYOGA is an integral method that uses Self Realization techniques, originating from ancestral India. The combination of these disciplines enhances Creativity and Self-Knowledge at various levels, producing a number of benefits.

Developed by NADA DANCE, the method was designed to provide adequate tools to each type of practitioner, according to their age group and degree of preparation. Dancers and yogis are welcome, as well as anyone who wishes to make a first approach to Indian Dance and Yoga.
